Stage Caption（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者の個人情報を収集しません。アカウント登録はなく、開発者が運営するサーバーもありません。
2. マイク・音声認識
話された言葉を字幕にするために使用します。音声認識は、端末が対応している場合は端末内で行います。端末内で処理できない言語や環境では、Apple の音声認識サービスが使われることがあります（Apple のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます）。開発者が音声や文字を受け取ることはありません。
3. 翻訳
Apple の翻訳機能を端末内で使用します。初回のみ、言語データを Apple から端末にダウンロードします。
4. ローカルネットワーク
同じ利用者の Mac と iPhone の間で、聞き取った文字と設定（話す言語・Pro の購入状態）を送受信するためだけに使用します。
5. 文字起こしの保存
字幕の記録は端末内にのみ一時的に保持され、利用者が「テキストで保存」を選んだときだけ、利用者が選んだ場所にファイルとして保存されます。
6. App内課金
App内課金は Apple が処理します。開発者が利用者の氏名・支払い情報などを受け取ることはありません。購入状態の確認は端末内で行います。
7. 広告・解析・トラッキング
本アプリは、広告、利用状況の解析ツール、トラッキングを使用しません。
8. 設定の保存と削除
言語や文字の大きさなどの設定は、端末内にのみ保存されます。本アプリを削除すると、端末内のデータもすべて削除されます。

Stage Caption Privacy Policy
1. Information we collect
Stage Caption does not collect personal information. There is no account and no developer-operated server.
2. Microphone and speech recognition
Used to turn speech into captions. Recognition runs on the device when supported; otherwise Apple's speech recognition service may be used (Apple's privacy policy applies). The developer never receives audio or text.
3. Translation
Apple's on-device translation is used. Language data is downloaded from Apple the first time.
4. Local network
Used only to exchange recognized text and settings (spoken language, Pro status) between the user's own Mac and iPhone.
5. Saving transcripts
Captions are kept on the device and saved as a file only when you choose "Save as text", to a location you choose.
6. In-App Purchases
Handled by Apple. The developer does not receive your name or payment details. Purchase status is checked on the device.
7. Ads, analytics and tracking
None.
8. Settings and deletion
Settings are stored only on the device and are removed when the app is deleted.
